TÜMOSAN hosted a grand celebration at its factory in Konya on Friday, August 16, welcoming its employees and their families. The special event, held in the factory yard, saw an impressive turnout of 1,900 participants, making it an unforgettable day. The festivity allowed the TÜMOSAN family to unwind from work-related stress and strengthen their social connections.
Factory Stopped, Entertainment Began
On that day, production at the TÜMOSAN factory came to a halt; the hum of machinery was replaced by the sounds of children's laughter and music. Employees thoroughly enjoyed the celebration held at the factory with their families. The day featured a variety of activities for both children and adults. Traditional performances, colorful balloon shows, and various play areas ensured that the young guests had a great time. Adults enjoyed a range of competitions, interactive games, and social events. Additionally, various food stalls were set up at the factory to offer treats to the participants.
Heartfelt Message: “You Are the Heart of This Family”
TÜMOSAN General Manager Halim TOSUN delivered a heartfelt speech during the celebration, expressing his gratitude to employees and their families. Starting his address with the children, TOSUN said, "Dear children, do you know how much effort your fathers and mothers put in? They come to this factory every day, not just to work but to build a foundation for your future and ours. Without them, this factory could not stand."
TOSUN emphasized the value of parents not only for the factory but also for their families, stating, "You are the heart of this family. Without their effort and love, neither this factory nor we could be so strong." He conveyed his appreciation to all employees and their families with these words.
Call to Young People with the "Sen Yeter Ki Yap" Project
Halim TOSUN also highlighted TÜMOSAN's "Sen Yeter Ki Yap" project aimed at young talents, which has garnered significant interest. This project is a comprehensive competition designed to discover and develop young talents. TOSUN encouraged young people to participate in this project, noting that it represents an important opportunity for those looking to showcase their abilities. "As TÜMOSAN, we will always support young people and stand by their side," TOSUN said, stressing the importance of young people participating in such projects to further their development.
