TÜMOSAN Declares: "Change Begins" in Its 49th Year
17 February 2025TÜMOSAN organized the 49th Year Dealer Communication Summit at Limak Hotel in Cyprus from February 17-20, 2025, to strengthen communication with its business partners and share strategic goals. The summit included a comprehensive evaluation of the 2024 performance and a detailed discussion of business plans, targets, and strategies for 2025.
The first day of the summit began with the training session titled "Value-Adding Approaches in Customer Relations." The training covered strategies to enhance customer loyalty, methods to improve service quality, and proactive customer relationship management. TÜMOSAN once again emphasized its commitment to strengthening its customer-oriented approach.
Following the training sessions, an award ceremony was held to recognize the top-performing dealers of 2024. Dealers who excelled in sales and service performance were honored for their contributions.
On the second day of the summit, participants attended an economics training session, where they were informed about global and local economic developments. The session covered topics such as developing resilient business models against economic fluctuations, cost management, and financial sustainability.
After the economics training, a cultural tour was organized to explore the historical and cultural heritage of Cyprus. The program concluded with a visit to the Ghost Town of Varosha, offering participants a unique experience.
