ENTÜMOSAN DÖKÜM Introduces Its New Products at ANKIROS 2024 Fair

TÜMOSAN Döküm A.Ş. showcases its latest technological products at the ANKIROS 2024 - 16th International Iron-Steel, Foundry, Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Technologies, Machinery, and Products Specialized Exhibition held at Istanbul Expo Center between September 19-21. During the exhibition, the company aims to demonstrate its technological competence in the foundry industry by showcasing high-tech products such as axle systems, gearboxes, and precision casting techniques.
In addition to casting parts used in agricultural machinery and tractors, TÜMOSAN Döküm also exhibited casting products needed in many sectors such as automotive, construction, and iron-steel at ANKIROS 2024 - 16th International Iron-Steel, Foundry, Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Technologies, Machinery, and Products Specialized Exhibition. The company aims to share its technological competence in the foundry industry by showcasing high-tech products such as axle systems, gearboxes, and precision casting techniques during the exhibition. With its presence at ANKIROS 2024, TÜMOSAN Döküm aims not only to strengthen its ties with existing business partners but also to open doors to new business opportunities. The company seeks to further reinforce the strength of Turkey’s foundry industry on the international stage by sharing its work in foundry technologies with industry professionals.

TÜMOSAN Döküm A.Ş. Factory Manager Hüseyin KÖYLÜ expressed the importance of the exhibition for the company with the following words: “ANKIROS 2024 is a great opportunity to present our innovative solutions on the global stage and to establish stronger connections with our business partners. As TÜMOSAN Döküm, we will once again demonstrate the importance we place on quality, technological advancements, and customer needs at this exhibition. Our wide product range, which we will be showcasing, consists of high-performance and durable solutions designed to meet the sector's requirements. ANKIROS 2024 will be an important platform where we will not only strengthen our relationships with existing business partners but also open doors to new collaborations.”
“CONTINUING TO GROW WITH NEW PRODUCTS”
KÖYLÜ stated that they are introducing new products aimed at the casting world at this year’s exhibition and said: “After receiving positive feedback last year, we have participated in this year’s exhibition with great excitement. We produce in TÜMOSAN’s special industrial zone in Konya, with a production area of 15,000 square meters and a net casting capacity of 12,000 tons. Last year, we launched 15 new products, making it a very productive year for us. This year, our new products are in the modeling stage, and we aim to increase the number of products we offer. Generally, we focus on the automotive sector, especially in developing products for TÜMOSAN’s engines and tractors, and we are committed to expanding our product range in this area. This year, we will launch five new products, and we aim to increase this number.”
“WE WILL SHIFT OUR PRODUCT RANGE TOWARD MORE EFFICIENT AND TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTS”
Explaining that the most important products in their production range are the engine block and cylinder head, KÖYLÜ continued: “Our main goal is to carry out the casting processes of our tractors’ engine blocks and cylinder heads. We are continuing our efforts in this direction and also have new line projects. In the fair, there is a shift in the market towards the East due to the decreasing and closing foundries in Europe. We also want to get our share from this market shift. Our quality certificates and technological infrastructure are sufficient for this. Last year, we received a high demand for our products at the fair, but we were unable to fully meet the demands for engine and tractor production in the foreign market. This year, however, we are in a position to meet the incoming demands. We have just started the fair, but we are already observing significant activity in the first hours. I believe this year’s fair will be livelier and more productive compared to last year. With the introduction of our new line projects, we will shift our product range towards more efficient and technological products. We have a young and dynamic team, and with this team, we will work with all our efforts to provide the necessary support for the New Century of Turkey.”
