TÜMOSAN’s 49th Year Service Communication Summit Held in Antalya
10 February 2025TÜMOSAN held the Service Communication Summit, organized as part of its 49th-anniversary celebrations, at Antalya Miracle Hotel from February 10-12. The summit, attended by 370 authorized service centers from across Turkey, featured evaluations of 2024, management strategies, sectoral developments, and future goals.
One of the most notable events of the summit was the “Customer Service That Earns Respect” training, where participants gained practical insights into enhancing customer satisfaction. The training covered analyzing customer needs, effective communication techniques, and solution-oriented approaches in challenging situations. Additionally, real case studies and interactive group activities facilitated experience sharing from the field. Participants had the opportunity to apply innovative solutions to real-world challenges, improving their service quality.
Another highlight of the summit was the award ceremony, where outstanding service centers were recognized for their contributions to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Awards were presented in the following categories:
